Drop-In Spin is where you can arrive to the class and start at whatever time suits you.  The purpose of this is that many members drop their kids off at school, and then arrive at the gym at different times, waiting for the 9:30am class to start.  With Drop-In Spin, there is no waiting about.  Just arrive and leave whenever you want, in the 45 minute period.
